We are a manufacture laboratory of dental prosthetics in Madagascar and specialized both in removable prosthetics and fixed prosthetics. Moreover, we do all hybrid prosthetics.

Removable prosthetics complete or partial comprehend resins prosthetics, wax try-in, finished denture high resistance post try-in, completion setup teeth, skeleton denture, supplement teeth,

Plaque mounted and completion, titanium type, attachments and miscellaneous removable prosthetics (restoration, anti-bruxism …)

To realize all these types of removable dentures, we use:

NPAlloy Stellugine R for the skeleton partial denture manufactured by UGIN DENTAIRE

Acrylic teeth IVOSTAR/GNATHOSTAR manufactured by Ivoclar Vivadent for the mounting over plaque, complete and partial denture, and reparation,

Monomer resins ACRYSELF and ACRYPOL R manufactured by RUTHINIUM for complete and partial denture prosthetics

FLEXI-J which is for the flexible partial denture manufactured by Pressing dental

Attachments: Hinge attachments ASC 52 from MICROTECNOR, spherical attachment OT STRATEGY & MICRO from RHEIN 83, and other type of attachments for the hybrid prosthetics.

The fixed prosthesis includes : Non precious alloys works, Precious and semi-precious works, composite, pressed on ceramic, all in-ceram and pressed ceramic on metal, Titanium alloy, Cobalt chrome alloy, Wax up, soldering, duplicate, faux molar and attachments.

The realization of these works, we use the following brands:

Alloys for crown are: precious AUROCAST 4 and semi-precious NOBIL CAST manufactured by NOBIL METAL, non precious 4ALL Williams from IVOCLAR & Wirobond C from BEGO, titanium GIROTAN L manufactured by AMANNGIRRBACH.

GRADIA GC Europe for composite, facet, inlays & onlays. The composite is a hybrid materials mixed by 80% of ceramic and 20% of resin. It has the same durability as natural teeth.

VM13 ceramic classic shade 3D from VITA.

INITIAL PC and LF for pressed ceramic are fabricated by GC Europe while INITIAL MC & IQ for pressed ceramic over metal comply with facets and crowns.

HYBRID PROSTHETICS: Both sectors gathered enable us to survey, intend and communicate the different use of fabricating dental prosthesis so as to provide the most aesthetic and functionality to the patient.

In summary, all our dental prosthetics are fabricated inside our dental laboratory.
